Geomagnet views the construct of a venture project with the following sectors.

Product Development: This includes research and development of technologies, manufacturing process, and product design. This is the main role of Geomagnet as our strength lies in the origination of concepts and bringing those concepts to reality. The best theoretical scenarios cannot compete with cold hard facts of a working, tangible prototype. Which is why the data presented at the end of phase one development is more accurate and easier to assess for risk. However, Geomagnet is not the center of the universe and is not ashamed to enlist outside technical resources from engineers, universities, and specialists for the development process. Collaboration is typically rewarded with a percentage of royalty, or net sales percentage.

Production / Manufacturing: Strategically, all projects should be manufactured in-house for maximum profit return and capital equity, but often tooling up and property acquisition is financially infeasible or time restrictive. Farming out components to manufacturers and assembly in a small centralized facility can shorten the “time-to-market” and give a stronger market penetration. Cost benefits for farming out components is especially useful for short-term “fad” markets, or regular scheduled improvements to a product line. Manufacturers which participate in a venture project often enjoy higher profit returns per unit, or fill unused plant capacity stabilizing internal growth plans.

Marketing / Sales / Distribution: Marketing and distribution is an integral component of a products success. Especially for time sensitive campaigns, first to market strategies, and market penetration. Marketing and quality distribution can improve the product image and market perception. Undoubtedly, all good ideas will encounter competition as “me to” products emerge. Marketing, Sales, and Distribution are often compensated by wholesale mark-up or net percentage of sales they generate with the security of exclusive or territorial access to the venture.

Management: Just as an orchestra needs a conductor, all venture projects need a management specialist to oversee and coordinate activities. Time lines, acquisition, fulfillment, analysis, and direction; are essential for achieving a common object. Industry specialized management participants can expect compensation as a percentage of net revenues, bonus based on meet or exceed output, or contract.

Funding: The life blood of any venture. Geomagnet is offering venture participation to investors and investment groups who only have the capacity to fulfill one of the previously mentioned sectors. Hard-money lenders need not apply. Geomagnet believes that getting the best results can only come from those how have vested interest in the outcome. After all, it's not a matter of money, it's a matter of quality. Exit Strategy: All good things must come to an end. Once a venture is underway and producing revenue, all sectors and the overall venture are considered assets. It is important for all participants to agree on an exit strategy based on a predetermined time frame, market conditions, or other factors as to avoid hostilities and potential loss. Keep in mind, the ideal time to liquidate an asset is when the market is rising, not on the decline. Always leave enough money on the table for the acquiring party to enjoy a return. This will build good will and relationships for future transactions.
