About Goemagnet:

Geomagnet is a Florida corporation which was founded in 1998 and is solely operated by James Scott. Formerly founded as MicroJet, Inc. in 1996 which focused on turbojet development was later reorganized into Geomagnet, Inc. Originally based in Coral Springs, Florida just outside Boca Raton; Geomagnet (and Geomagnet.com) was formed as a Internet search engine which specialized in cataloging websites utilizing Flash™ technology. Now located in Saint Augustine, Florida. Geomagnet is currently involved in techonology innovation and product development.

Mission Statement:

Geomagnet, Inc. is committed to providing practical, yet creative solutions for product development and technology innovations.

Development Process:

Geomagnet, Inc. approaches problem solving with simple technique.

  1. Identify the problem, objective, or market opportunity.
  2. Analyze current industry standards, production techniques, and competition.
  3. Formulate a solution with off-the-shelf technology and products.
  4. Analyze the cost benefits and feasibility of the solution.

At this point, there will be a red light / green light decision made regarding the solution.

If its a red light decision, then the problem with the solution is isolated and resolved even if it means designing a solution from scratch to meet the requirements. This process will continue until a suitable solution is found and a green light decision is made.

  5. Prototype the solution and formulate a manufacturing procedure.
  6. Determine which parts can be farmed out to manufacturers, and which parts must be done in-house for production.
  7. Solution complete.

Proof of Concept:

Geomagnet, Inc. is not a manufacturer. Our specialty lies in bringing concept to reality by whatever means necessary. Although we take pride in our efforts, we are hardly concerned with the prototype appearance, more so it's function. Once we've proved a concept, its up to the designers and engineers to make it pretty and robust, which is what they do best.
